The Erasmus+ project was designed as more than just a simple academic exchange; its goal was to build a long-lasting and impactful international partnership. Our objectives were crafted to address both immediate needs and to ensure a long-term legacy. Our objectives were divided into four main areas. Firstly, we focused on educational and pedagogical development, enriching curricula and fostering the exchange of knowledge and teaching methodologies. This provided students with access to specialized academic perspectives and helped staff initiate collaborative research. Secondly, we aimed for institutional development, establishing a sustainable model for cooperation, improving administrative efficiency, and increasing the institutional recognition of all partners. Thirdly, a key goal was to promote personal and professional growth, helping students enhance their intercultural skills and enabling staff to expand their professional networks. Finally, the project was created to have a broader social impact, strengthening bilateral relations and fostering peace, stability, and prosperity through educational cooperation.
