This is also a good digital perception of being a citizen, that is, within the framework of rights, law and responsibilities in the virtual environment as in real life; ethic. It has begun to create the necessity to act by taking into account the perception of a digital citizen. A digital citizen is someone who can criticize when using information and communication resources and who knows the ethical consequences of their online behavior. Digital citizens do not abuse technology and promote correct and ethical behavior when communicating and collaborating in the digital world. In this context, by using Erasmus+'s digital transformation priorities on the way to become a good digital citizen, the competencies of the teachers were taken from the Global Education Center B.V course center, which we decided together with the partners. We carried out a complex study with partners in this project to raise awareness of families and children, by increasing digital citizenship skills, the problems that have recently emerged in the cyber environment have been resolved.
