The objectives of the project were as follows: - To sustain the development of society through reassessment and discovering the core and common values - To help isolated people and local people understand each other better and build the values of the future society in Europe - To reduce the intergenerational gap - To ensure that people acquire fundamental values and family values that will be beneficial for themselves and the society - To provide acceptance of differences and disappear prejudice, discrimination & excluding
Some new values have replaced traditional values due to social changes and globalization. It is important to define the role of values in individual and social life to determine their travels between generations, assimilate them more consciously, and transfer them to life. The generation gap is increasing between the new generation and the old generation day by day. The project contributed to decreasing the generation gaps by integrating activities and formulating human values, gaining insights into European citizens' ideas, beliefs, preferences, attitudes, values, and opinions. The project was directly interested in the general Erasmus+ and the specific adult education priorities such as common values, civic engagement, participation, inclusion, and diversity.
