With this project, our aim was to continue the development of youth workers and youth researchers in the participating countries. The original goal of the project is to strengthen the competence and capacity of youth workers in partner countries through practical work with youth and youth research. Through this project, we sought to bring together countries with diverse experiences and levels of development in the youth sector, thereby providing participants not only with the opportunity to learn from trainers but also to learn from each other and create an international community of youth workers and youth researchers. Additionally, with this project, we aimed to further enhance the competence of the leading partner in organizing training at various levels, establish themselves as experts in the youth sector, and consequently contribute to the development of the local youth sector through this organization.
