The project "Yes, I Can!" aimed to inspire and empower young people through a motivating youth exchange involving 18 participants from Latvia, Romania, and Italy. It provided an opportunity for young people from Kuldīga in Latvia, Uricini in Romania, and Latina in Italy to come together, step out of their comfort zones, and gain experience in becoming youth leaders, engaging in community development, and successfully passing on these skills to their peers. The main objectives of the exchange were to foster personal growth among the young participants, facilitate cross-cultural encounters, share challenges faced in daily life, and collaborate to find solutions while learning from and supporting each other. The exchange aimed to acquire knowledge, techniques, and the confidence to take initiative. It encouraged participants to create something new and inspire others to participate and shape the future according to their aspirations. The project partners, representing Kuldīga in Latvia, Uricini in Romania, and Latina in Italy, contributed their expertise and competencies to the project. They were responsible for the organizational aspects, coordination, and ensuring that participants received necessary information and practical support to fully engage in the exchange. Each partner played a significant role in motivating and facilitating the growth of the young participants, as well as providing methodological and pedagogical approaches. Together with the partners, we created a stimulating environment where young people could acquire new skills, take initiative, and collaborate to develop engaging activities. The project provided an opportunity to share challenges encountered in daily life and seek solutions while learning and cooperating with each other. Our aim was for participants to gain knowledge and techniques that would enable them to take leadership roles and shape the future they desire. All project partners were essential and made significant contributions to ensuring a successful youth exchange that promoted youth leadership and personal growth in the "Yes, I Can!" project.
