What we sought to achieve through this project, or its objectives, were: 1-Disseminate knowledge: We aimed to spread awareness about positive habits and healthy lifestyle practices, contributing to the well-being of young people during and beyond the COVID-19 pandemic. 2-Introduce diverse practices: We wanted to expose young people to various types of mental health well-being practices through engaging, non-formal methods. 3-Foster inclusivity: We strived to promote equity and inclusion for young people with fewer opportunities, ensuring everyone felt welcome and empowered to participate. 4-Highlight Erasmus+: We aimed to showcase the Erasmus+ program and the exciting opportunities it offers for youth participation in partner countries. 5- Bridge cultures: We facilitated cultural exchange and expression, encouraging participants to develop cultural awareness and appreciate the differences between their groups. Additionally, participants collaborated on creating a "Wellbeing Guide": This resource, packed with activities and events, was designed to be shared with other young people at local events back home. The guide, along with the skills participants gained, empowered them to implement these practices within their own communities, ensuring the project's impact extended beyond its duration. We equipped participants with knowledge and strategies to effectively share their learnings and practices, maximizing the project's reach and long-term influence.
