Objectives

Nowadays, the problem of stress is very common, especially in our age category, approximately, in adolescents from 14- 21 years old. During adolescence, we are faced with career choices, passing exams, and challenges that will affect our future. Due to stress, we get hung up on the problems and forget that sometimes we need to rest. This prevents our generation from identifying the true desire and purpose in life. Therefore, teenagers should relax and not forget that there is a present, in which you also need to have fun and not get hung up on the problems that appear from the environment. Then all difficulties can be gradually solved without stress. Many teenagers begin to look for a way out in addictions, for instance, gambling, the use of chemicals, workaholism. Initially, it may seem that it helps to forget about problems, but in reality, it is a departure from reality, as a result of which you put off solving problems and they accumulate in a big pile. Our goal was to replace bad habits with useful and to introduce teenagers to meditation, yoga, art therapy and playing out emotions through sport. Also, one of our objectives was to help to find friends for teenagers with similar problems, which would help to struggle with stress difficulties together. Our objectives were: 1. Try to replace bad habits with good ones. 2. Search for like-minded people with a similar outlook on life, problems 3. Gain freedom in choice, get rid of stereotyped thinking. 4. Develop creative thinking. 5. Learn to enjoy the process. 6. Balance the logic and feelings. 7. English skills and employability 8. Promoting Erasmus+ Opportunities 9. Develop Organizational skills 10. Change people's prejudices about spiritual practices. 11. Make a cultural exchange
