The aim of the project implementation is to improve the competencies in organizing specialized workshops and social care, social rehabilitation work and the application of non-formal education methods for young people with various disabilities. The main tasks of the project are: - to gain valuable and useful experience in the field of specialized workshops management, social care and social work, improving and developing the competencies of the employees of the association "Wings of Hope". - to get new ideas for the improvement of existing work activities and introduction of new activities.
