Analyzing the situation of mobile work in Latvia - Sigulda and Gulbene, and in Romania - Izvoarele and Giubega, and educating youth workers about mobile work with young people, motivate them to create and strengthen the mobile work system that would work in the long term, as well as to develop a tool that anyone interested can use to improve mobile work in their organization and region.
Each participating organization involved in "Be mobile!" project wanted to strengthen or improve its existing mobile youth work system. If in Gulbene district it was necessary to get more motivation, gain new experience and create a plan/strategy for mobile youth work, then youth workers in Sigulda district wanted to start doing mobile work on a daily basis, developing and creating the most suitable strategy for the young people of their region. More, the importance for Romanian partners to be in this project was to broaden their horizons and experience with methods / tools to improve and diversify their mobile work activities with youth. But the most important aim of all the partners was to find out how mobile work and general youth work is carried out in Latvia and Romania, so the good practices and mobile work methods / activities would be developed in their country and region.
