Background

Unfortunately, the professional development of our school's current education personnel is very insufficient in terms of accepted innovative teaching methods that will enable them to gain 21st-century skills effectively. The number of teachers who acquire and actively apply these methods and integrate them into the curriculum remains at 10%. Often the application of traditional teaching methods causes many students to find the lessons boring. In this sense, the individual efforts of the school administration and some teachers are insufficient, and an innovative 21st-century modern education environment that will meet the needs of today's students cannot be created as a school. Our school has to carry its professional development quality to the European dimension by increasing innovation and internationalization in the educational environment in line with EU objectives, with its current education capacity and the responsibility of being a project school.
