In order to make the lessons more interactive, more fun, and more educational at the same time, teachers need to pay attention to the use of new innovative tools. They will also provide easier access to learning materials, faster and more efficient assessmentс, etc. The use of innovative tools in the learning process stimulates the curiosity and creativity of students, increases their activity and responsibility, and leads to better learning and understanding. Some students who start primary education in our country, are not able to easily achieve the technical skills because of their low social status, not everyone is able to access a computer device and the Internet. That is why our school in its long-term development goals has placed special emphasis on the development of these digital skills to all and especially to these students.
Our school places a special emphasis on introducing new innovative tools in teaching in order to develop the knowledge of innovative skills from an early age. The school is a motivational driving link for our students who, although they are from socially vulnerable categories, in a rural environment, follow the challenges of modern times. Because of the above, our school chose this training, because it is focused on teachers who want to introduce their students to the important domain of introducing an innovative tool in teaching in order to facilitate learning. At this training, teachers gained knowledge and skills in using ICT tools in the classroom. The team that took part in the training, after completing it, carried out a series of activities, namely: - Dissemination of teaching staff (with special emphasis on primary school teachers) -open classes for presenting acquired knowledge (parents will be invited to these open classes, teachers from other schools, members from BRO and MES, representatives from the National Agency, etc.)
