The primary aim of implementing the project was to revolutionize teaching practices and modernize our curricula by incorporating innovative methods. Our focus was on creating dynamic and stimulating learning experiences, activating cognitive processes through teachers participation. Recognizing the crucial role teachers play in identifying and addressing child development challenges, we aspired to equip teachers to recognize symptoms of ADHD, autism, and various learning difficulties. The objective was to empower teachers to manage classroom dynamics, organize effective lessons, and cater to students with special educational needs. Given the socio-economic challenges our students face, we aimed to provide comprehensive support. This involved training teachers in personal coaching skills, stress management, financial literacy, effective communication, and the cultivation of life goals. By nurturing these skills, our teachers are now better positioned to guide students in achieving personal and professional success. Ultimately, our overarching goal was to create an enriched educational environment that fosters both academic and personal development.

We seek to transform teachers' approaches by incorporating 21st-century teaching methods, fostering student participation for in-depth learning. Our commitment to attending the "Innovative Teaching Methods for 21st Century Skills" course reflects this dedication to modernizing and activating teaching processes.
