With the implementation of the project, we aimed to enable students to acquire new knowledge, skills, and abilities, with the results being implemented within the framework of our school to contribute to the enhancement of the quality of practical instruction. It was also important for us that the implementation of the project provided us with opportunities to establish new collaborations, to achieve new possibilities for the exchange of ideas and thoughts that could further contribute to improving the expertise of both students and teachers. The implementation of this project aimed to enable us to further enhance the way we conduct such projects under Key Action 122 VET and motivate us to utilize these opportunities offered by the program in the future and provide appropriate practices for other students as well. Through the implementation of the project, we were able to increase the visibility of our school, as well as that of the Erasmus+ program itself.
The context of our school is educational and provides theoretical and practical instruction for students from the following vocational standards: Agriculture, Fisheries and Veterinary, Chemistry and Technology, Personal Services, and Machinery. The Personal Services has 2 educational profiles (Cosmetic Care and Beauty Technician and Hairdresser). The context and main goal of this project were to provide additional practical instruction for students in this track. Participants in the project had the opportunity to learn new skills, acquire new knowledge, and master new techniques in the process of practical work. Additionally, the project aimed to improve the social lives of the participants, enabling them to acquire other skills that will help them in their future educational pursuits and in building their professional careers.
