The final report on the Teaching and Training Mobility, as well as the Mobility of Studies, provides valuable insights for the European Union's Erasmus+ programme. It highlights how both staff and students have benefited from these opportunities, contributing to the continued improvement of the programme under the European Commission’s Erasmus+ Key Action 1. For the period covered by the Erasmus 2022-2024 Contract, a total of 8 participants were selected for Student Mobility, 2 for Staff Mobility for Teaching, and 3 for Staff Mobility for Training. The International Relations Office, along with the Erasmus+ Coordinatorship of the Military Academy, prepared a comprehensive report detailing these mobilities, including teaching, training, and learning outcomes, in accordance with the Mobility Tools and the Erasmus Contract. Below is a general overview of the Erasmus activities conducted during this period, with the contract officially concluding on 31 July 2024. The final report illustrates the achievements of the realized mobilities under the 2022-2024 agreement. Goals and Outcomes of the Mobility Project: The primary objective of the project was to provide as many students as possible with the opportunity to spend at least two months (one semester) at partner Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) with whom we have signed Inter-Institutional Agreements. Additionally, we aimed for both students and staff—teaching and administrative—to: Acquire new knowledge and skills during their mobility experiences. Transfer the acquired knowledge and best practices to students and staff at the Military Academy. For teaching staff: share their expertise with students in both the first and second cycles of study, and collaborate with teaching staff from partner HEIs to establish professional networks. For administrative staff: gain insights into the operations of Erasmus offices at partner HEIs, and apply these practices to improve the management of our own Erasmus office. Promote the Military Academy to partner HEIs, showcasing our activities and scientific research. Attract students, teaching staff, and administrative staff from partner institutions to participate in mobility programs at the Military Academy. Gain cultural benefits by establishing new contacts, fostering mutual understanding, and improving language skills. Lay the groundwork for joint scientific research projects with partner institutions.
