The internalization of the Euro College academic programs is one of the main points in current strategy of the Institution since the opening in 2003. In this project, 8 students went on a traineeship period and regarding staff mobility 2 of the staff went on a training period in Sofia, Bulgaria. The main objective of the project was through the mobility of students and staff to gain new competencies and skills that after finishing the project will be used in their career advancement. The staff during training/job shadowing period learns new methods of working, new way of solving problems and they got new competences that will help them in their job positions and with that as well as to the students. The skills gained will raise the possibility for the students to get a competitive advantage on labor market. The training was performed in collaboration with Sdruzhenie za podpomagane na malkiya i sredniya biznes - obedineni biznes klubove where students get their traineeship and the staff got their training and job shadowing. This project is essential for students for their better placement in future job positions.
