The primary objective of this project at Mother Teresa University (MTU) in Skopje was to enhance the institution's internationalization efforts and to strengthen existing partnerships with European higher education institutions. By successfully implementing this initiative, MTU has significantly broadened the opportunities available to its academic and administrative staff, as well as its student body. Through continuous promotion of the diverse opportunities offered by the European Union, Mother Teresa University aimed to positively influence students' perceptions regarding the European context of studying and living. This project not only sought to increase the international exposure of MTU's personnel but also aimed to fortify institutional relationships with esteemed academic counterparts across Europe. Such collaborations present invaluable opportunities for mutual learning and the introduction of the most relevant and innovative academic programs for our students. By leveraging insights and expertise from leading European universities, MTU aspires to enhance its appeal to prospective students, both locally and internationally. The initiatives facilitated by this project not only elevate the academic experience at MTU but also position North Macedonia as a more attractive destination for higher education. Ultimately, this project represents a strategic effort to elevate the university's profile, foster academic excellence, and contribute to the broader goal of positioning North Macedonia as a competitive player in the global education landscape.
