Objective 1: The first objective aimed at providing quality cultural opportunities for young people to engage in activities that will help them deal with different social problems and cultural obstacles when meeting new people from different cultures and places. International Exchange will provide inspiration and a model for a cultural transformation towards European Values and European model of civic participation and citizenship. Objective 2: In the light of the new law on youth organizing in the upcoming 3 years CID focused of building quality staff and building the capacities of other important stakeholders in the field of youth work that will enable it to create a proactive response to the situation and provide a learning opportunities for development and engagement of young people in the country and aboard. Objective 3: This 3rd objective directly addresses the need for developing programme activities in the Youth centers in Kumanovo and across the country. This objective linked youth work practitioners and international volunteers with youth centers in North Macedonia and Europe through CID's international networks.
