Objectives

The primary goal of implementing this project was to enhance the capacity of educators in using video as a pedagogical tool. We aimed to develop and provide resources that would enable teachers to create effective educational videos tailored to their specific teaching contexts. By doing so, we sought to improve the quality of education across the participating countries by making learning more engaging and accessible for students. Additionally, the project aimed to foster international collaboration among educators, promoting the exchange of best practices and innovative approaches to teaching. Ultimately, the project was designed to support the professional development of teachers, ensuring they are well-equipped to leverage digital tools in their classrooms.

Background

We applied for this Erasmus+ KA2 project to address the growing need for integrating digital tools, specifically video content, into educational practices. As information technologies evolve, video has become a critical medium for engaging students and enhancing learning outcomes. However, many educators lack the necessary skills and resources to create effective educational videos. This project aimed to fill that gap by empowering teachers across North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Serbia, and Spain with the tools and knowledge required to produce high-quality video content. Through this initiative, we sought to address the disparity in digital literacy among educators, ensuring that they are equipped to meet the demands of modern education and engage students in a more dynamic and interactive way.
