Objectives

Upskilling of Staff – The Agency has provided 3 cohorts of frontliners with training opportunities to enable their successful upskilling. This has taken place through the sharing of their own experiences, whilst learning new ideas and concepts from their Estonian counterparts; oftentimes learning through experience is one of the best ways of learning in this field. A pre & post-test have been conducted for all cohorts in order to determine whether key concepts and ideas taught during the training helped in developing new skills and knowledge for all participants. Service of Excellence - Following the launch of the Maltese Civil Service 5-year strategy for the public service, the key guiding principle of this policy is to emphasize Client-centricity. All mobilities are therefore serving the purpose of enhancing the knowledge and skills of the Agency’s staff in delivering the best service possible to the benefitting clients. A focus group was held once all mobilities were completed on the 30/10/23, in order to provide qualitative data on the experiences gained, and how such experiences will allow the Agency to continue developing its services that meet the requirements & needs of our service users.
