The aim of the project was twofold: 1. to enhance our students’ education by giving the opportunity through their mobility to provide them with the opportunity to observe and practice in another country the practical skills that they have learnt during their programme of studies. The traineeships were in full or partially fulfilling the requirements of the programme that they were following; 2. to enhance students’ experiences and academic studies through BIPs so that they would learn from other students new perspectives, knowledge and skills; 3. to enhance the staff (both administrative and lecturers) the skills in teaching foreign students and also explore how other higher education institutions function and operate their programmes, relate with their students, implement programmes and bring this knowledge and skills back to the institute; 4. to enhance the staff’s (both administrative and lecturers) through training programmes that they could attend or else through work placement by observing or sharing experiences of how other organisations operate in their programme implementation, networking with other Higer Education Institutions and develop student relations within their universities. All mobilities gave students and staff to familiarize with culture of the country through cultural activities and also awareness of the language of the country though all mobilities were worked out to take place where the English language is spoken during the activities.
