The primary goal of implementing a KA131 Erasmus+ mobility project was to enhance both the educational and professional development of our students and staff. The aim was to provide ITS students with the opportunity to study abroad in renowned and prestigious universities, enriching their academic experiences while broadening their perspectives in a global context. Additionally, students would be able to gain practical, hands-on experience through traineeships, helping them develop key skills and increase their employability in an international market. The implementation of this project also meant supporting ITS staff members in participating in training programmes, thereby improving their professional skills, and knowledge exchange. Staff mobility for teaching opportunities were intended for ITS staff to teach abroad, facilitating the exchange of innovative ideas and teaching methodologies as well as best practices in education. Overall, the project was designed to foster a culture of international collaboration, elevate the quality of education and training, and prepare both students and staff for global challenges.
