As per application, our overarching objectives include [1] Developing our & partner HEIs ideas and practices for [a] green issues & sustainability [b] learner-centred pedagogy & classroom equity [c] professional language skills for self-empowerment and mobility activities were exceeded [tripled] at no extra cost. 'Cascade dissemination' resulted in impact across all 2022 participants no extra cost [2] Optimizing the budget-use by fulfilling contractual obligations and objectives, and exceeding by tripling the educational output/variety in each mobility. Despite flexibility of budget transfers, only organizational support to travel support was effected at times; also, 3 institutions [Armenia, Montenegro, Tunisia] were substituted in-country to avoid loss of funds and achieve mobility objectives [3] The activities reflect the internationalization strategy of the participating organizations involved and exceeded expectations [ see individual HEI 'impact attestation letters' [doc5] [4] ITS professional prestige & capacity-building to accommodate more international students [5] Developing and coordinating a network of professional eclectic partners across many regions interacting, sharing and growing under Erasmus values
