Participation in E+ is part of TU Delft´s strategy to maintain our leading position in engineering education, research and innovation and contribute to solving complex and urgent societal challenges. In order to educate professional, high-level and responsible engineers we offer students ample space and opportunity for personal fulfilment and professional development such as an international experience. This will greatly enhance the soft skills that are necessary for engineers to make an impact for a sustainable society. We have set the following objectives: - To realise 512 study mobilities, 140 internship mobilities and 25 staff mobilities; - To stimulate incoming student exchange as this contributes to internationalization at home; - Increasing the mobility of outgoing staff and lecturers in order to improve their professional development and enrich our curricula; - Further developing participation in relevant international networks and strengthening existing international partnerships. - Sharing good practices in the field of teaching and learning (high quality digital/blended/hybrid/inclusive/open education, innovations, Lifelong Learning strategy and digitalization to reduce the workload of lecturers).
