By implementing the Erasmus+ project, we aimed to achieve several objectives aligned with our institution's strategic priorities and the goals of the Erasmus+ program. These included: 1. Lectures develop more international competencies 2. Students and staff see added value of international experience both training/teaching, study exchange and/or traineeship and enhance curriculum quality 3. Hotelschool The Hague has analyzed barriers to participation and creates preconditions for participation regarding more staff exchange and study exchange (we have started with implementing the top up and expanded study and staff mobility) But also: 1. Enhancing Internationalization: We have promoted internationalization within our institution by increasing opportunities for student and staff mobility, fostering cross-cultural understanding, and strengthening partnerships with institutions and organizations across Europe and beyond. 2. Promoting Excellence in Education 3. Promoting Inclusivity and Diversity: Overall, our goal was to leverage the Erasmus+ project as a platform for promoting excellence, innovation while fostering internationalization, diversity, and inclusivity.
