One of our primary objectives during this call was to increase internationalisation at the UvH, and a number of steps were taken to achieve this. Both the funding and the support provided by Call 2022 were paramount in achieving our internationalisation-related goals. The University has a small number of inter-institutional agreements, and two new inter-institutional agreements were signed during this call via KA131. This is a significant development for a university with a profile as unique as ours, and it is a boon to our internationalisation strategy. This was one of our primary objectives during this project. Additionally, a steering committee was created to boost and monitor activities regarding internationalisation. A new Education Policy Officer joined the UvH, and they are also engaged in internationalisation-related activities. They work closely with the internationalisation officer on projects related to: creating new partnerships and contributing to the steering committee for internationalisation-related activities etc. In 2023 the vision for internationalisation was finalised, with the assistance of Globi (an educational institution in Utrecht that assists institutions with their internationalisation-related strategies). It was determined by the steering committee for internationalisation that a work plan is a necessary step in order to realise the internationalisation-related goals from our vision. The workplan is currently being developed by various departments that are involved in internationalisation-related matters The progression from a vision on internationalisation to the creation of a work plan was a key objective of the UvH during this call.
