The University of Aruba is dedicated to enhancing our students and staff's international component and growth through every Erasmus+ project we pursue. Our focus lies in establishing agreements with global partners, leading to an influx of students and staff from diverse backgrounds and enriching the UA's campus with a wealth of perspectives, cultures, and knowledge. In this specific project, we leverage our partner's teaching expertise to enhance the curriculum of our programs, providing students with access to international classes taught by various professors. We focus on sending our teachers and staff abroad to partner universities to learn new teaching methods and lab work and gain experience, which they can apply at the University of Aruba. We are finalizing an Inclusion and Diversity Policy to demonstrate our diverse workforce, enhance stakeholder engagement, and operate more efficiently. We are focused on getting more professors who can provide training for trainers, assist with case studies, and engage in research projects. Our commitment to upholding the Erasmus+ guidelines and the European Commission's Higher Education Charter (ECHE) ensures that the UA consistently delivers high-quality education and service.
