Through this project, our primary goal was to implement the objectives outlined in the *Advancing Internationalization* policy framework (2021-2024), focusing on returning to pre-pandemic levels of international mobility while promoting inclusive internationalization, enhancing partnerships, and improving support for staff and students. Specifically, we aimed to stabilize and restore international mobility. After the disruptions caused by COVID-19, we sought to reestablish our partnerships and return mobility numbers to normal, ensuring safe and smooth student and staff exchanges across Europe. We also planned to strengthen partnerships and collaboration. By adopting and implementing digital tools like Erasmus Without Paper and the Online Learning Agreement, we aimed to enhance cooperation and efficiency in managing mobility with our partners. We also sought to support our partners in these transitions by offering explanatory sessions and guidance. Another planned achievement was to enhance staff mobility. The project emphasized increasing staff exchange activities, achieving even higher mobility levels than pre-pandemic times. By fostering deeper collaboration through initiatives like job shadowing, especially with our UNIC partners, we aimed to strengthen the professional networks and research cooperation between our universities. Lastly we intended to promote inclusive internationalization. Our activities focused on making internationalization accessible and inclusive to a broader range of students and staff, promoting cultural exchange, social inclusion, and engagement in European values. Overall, we sought to lay a solid foundation for long-term international partnerships, while providing the necessary support and resources to empower our students and staff to thrive in an increasingly globalized academic environment.
