The University of Amsterdam (UvA) aims to advance internationalization and academic excellence through its participation in the Erasmus+ KA131 project. The initiative provides students, staff, and faculty with expanded mobility opportunities, enriching their international experience, broadening perspectives, and fostering global networks. This aligns with UvA's commitment to preparing culturally aware graduates for the global job market, as stated in UvA's Internationalisation Strategy. The project also promotes the exchange of knowledge and best practices, enhancing UvA's academic and research collaborations across Europe. Participation further elevates UvA's visibility as an institution that values inclusivity, diversity, and sustainable development. Additionally, the program supports the European Education Area by advancing social inclusion, digitalization, and green practices, which are central to UvA's strategic goals. Given the residual budget from the 2021 call and the impact of COVID-19, another objective was to fully utilize both Call 2021 and Call 2022 budgets, ensuring a fresh start for Call 2023.
