Our institutional goal, as described in our international strategy, is to provide all of our students with a significant international learning experience during their studies, in order to broaden both their academic and personal perspectives. This learning experience can be acquired either at Radboud University through our international classroom, or abroad by participating in an exchange programme. As such, the Erasmus+ programme is highly valued within our institution. The programme is a great instrument to achieve this institutional goal. On top of this, the programme encourages us to achieve our goals with regard to important themes such as inclusion and sustainability together with our National Agency and partner institutions outside Europe. Finally, the Erasmus+ programme contributes to our institutional goal of providing our staff with an international experience. This way, Radboud University aims to extend international networks and intensify existing collaborations. Staff mobility is an important part of our institution’s vision. We actively offer staff guidance and financial support with regard to international mobility. The Erasmus+ programme is a crucial tool to promote staff mobility mobility within our institution.
