Objectives

This Erasmus+ KA171 project established a strategic partnership between Aeres University of Applied Sciences (Aeres UAS) and the University of Prishtina (UP), together with the Kosovo Association of Milk Producers (KAMP). The project aims to strengthen ties between education and the needs of the labour market in Kosovo. Aeres’ experience of design and implementation of education in strong collaboration with the industry is used. Addressing urgent educational and sectoral challenges in sustainable dairy farming, the project integrated academic expertise with real - world production contexts through paired cross - border internships, staff exchanges and joint coaching frameworks. Students collaboratively applied scientific methods to complex farm management issues, supported by university mentors and experienced industry practitioners, while acquiring valuable intercultural, technical and advisory competences. Faculty embedded practice - based insights into curricula, driving pedagogical innovation closely aligned with evolving labour market demands. The selection process for student mobility proactively engaged underrepresented groups.
