As part of its 2021-2026 strategy, the University of Groningen (UG) seeks to enhance international professional and learning experiences for staff and students through the KA171 programme. Through this initiative, amongst others, the UG promotes mobility for individuals from diverse cultural, economic, and academic backgrounds, fostering a teaching and learning environment where diversity is fundamental. The KA171 project enables UG to build strong global partnerships that will: - Offer high-quality, engaging study abroad opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students across various disciplines. - Attract talented non-degree students to enrich the international classroom with diversity. - Create valuable opportunities for staff and PhD students to teach or conduct research abroad while inviting international colleagues to Groningen to do the same, thus strengthening and expanding partnerships. - Serve as a reliable partner in collaborative mobility projects, ensuring a supportive hosting experience for incoming participants.
