Netherlands Business Academy (NLBA) has a strong position at Dutch and international educational markets. Due to this NLBA has an extensive network of partner organizations abroad, which allows to apply for International Credit Mobility (ICM) Key Action 171. The main idea of the project was to bring the knowledge and best practices in terms of education, EU values, democracy, sustainability, inclusion etc to Azerbaijan, Ukraine and Georgia, taking into account that last two countries have gained the candidates to EU membership status. NLBA aimed at benefitting from cultural diversity and expansion of knowledge beyond the European Union. Moreover, ICM allows the partners to broaden the geography of partnerships within the scope of education and science, gives the opportunity for other projects creation and implementation, improves the quality of teaching of the HEIs involved, expands the staff international profiles.
