ZAMBIA + GHANA Fontys’ aim in international mobility is to be as inclusive as possible in our partner networks. While we do have high student mobility, incoming and outgoings with Africa is low. With the realization that Africa will play an increasingly bigger role in the world economy, we would like to strengthen the collaboration with our partners in Zambia and Ghana. In this way, we can continue to create visibility for a global economy and a strong intercultural understanding in all partner universities. JAPAN The project was aimed at continuing and strengthening the long-standing close collaboration between Osaka Gakuin University (OGU) and Fontys. Through mobility both students and staff are stimulated to work in an intercultural environment, developing their intercultural awareness skills and mindset. INDIA The goal was to enhance intercultural skills, support knowledge exchange, and strengthen collaboration between Fontys and Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT). We aimed to promote innovation in sustainable engineering, support inclusion, and contribute to the personal and academic development of students and staff through international mobility and joint projects
