By participating in the Erasmus+ Programme, Inholland advanced its vision of internationalisation by offering students and staff opportunities to grow as responsible global professionals. For our university of applied sciences, internationalisation enriches the learning environment and connects us to a global ecosystem. It brings new perspectives, encourages cross-border thinking, and equips Inholland professionals to address complex challenges and contribute to a sustainable society. Student and staff mobility is one way we achieve this vision. Through this project, we received Erasmus+ grants for students and staff for the following partner countries: Canada, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Ukraine and US. Together with our partners, we worked towards the quantitative and qualitative goals outlined in the Erasmus+ grant and the Charter for Higher Education. We achieved: - Incoming student mobility that enriched our classrooms with cultural diversity - Inclusive mobility through top-ups for underrepresented groups - Mutual staff exchanges to support professional development - Collaboration in virtual projects and International Weeks - Joint COIL initiatives addressing global challenges such as sustainability and globalisation
