With the international Youth Exchange Project "Skillful You-th for Better Future!" the main idea of the project organizers team was to use civil engagement as a pillar and foster civil spirit is considered a priority to deliver smart, sustainable and inclusive growth. The main idea of the project was to encourage young people to stay active on the decision-making level in their rehearsal communities, equip them with the tools of civil activism and get them familiar with entrepreneurship as the best tool for being self-employed. However, young entrepreneurs need a conducive environment for their ideas and businesses; support from policymakers and local communities; a network of contacts and opportunities to share their ideas and inspiration from experienced entrepreneurs. At the same time, the project was oriented on keeping and motivating youth to be decision-makers in their communities, to stay and be productive for their rehearsal society. We strongly believed that participants after the project would be equipped with new ideas, tools, and experiences that will make them engaged and take active steps for the future of their community and peers. The objectives of this Youth Exchange were: - to raise awareness about entrepreneurship and promote entrepreneurial spirit among young people - to raise awareness about opportunities for self-employment - to raise the awareness of the importance of youth participation in the decision-making process - to show youngsters opportunities that can be created by them for developing their areas - to teach youngsters about advocacy campaigns - to challenge and practice creative thinking - to use creativity to express their opinions and thoughts - to foster peer dialog about matters concerning youth participation in developing processes on a local level - to share knowledge, experiences, strategies, tools, and ideas - to encourage critical and analytical skills - to acquire and transfer new methods of non-formal education - to raise cultural awareness, foster intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding
