The objectives of the project were to: 1. equip participants with the competences and tools to more effectively express their voice about, and advocate for, fair fashion. 2. help participants enrich their knowledge and skills with regard to the fashion industry (supply chain) and its actors, including their motives, power, and intercultural and international aspects. 3. build or strengthen the networks of both participants and project organisers with policy makers and other stakeholders in the fashion industry. 4. familiarize participants with policy making in the context of fashion, and support them in getting to commit policymakers and legislators to a fair fashion industry. 5. activate young residents in the cities and networks of participants to show solidarity with, and stand up for, the need for (policies that shape) a fair fashion system. 6. Introduce those young residents, in particular those from disadvantaged backgrounds, to intercultural and international learning and development opportunities available to them, and through that provide them with (more) perspective. 7. build and strengthen cooperation among the participating organisations and with the external stakeholders involved in the project, in doing so contributing to each other’s professional development.
