Netherlands was exposed to an intense migration due to its geographical location, wars, terrorism and better life and dreams, especially after the Russian-Ukrainian war. This inevitably brought with it social, economic and sociological problems. Netherlands opened its doors to all immigrant refugees and asylum seekers. The main objective of the project was to develop a common framework to increase the mental well-being of young people in Belgium and the Netherlands, adapted to the realities and needs of their migrant peers and reflecting the philosophies of these two youth organisations. Its specific objectives were to facilitate the development and implementation of specific methodologies for the promotion of mental wellbeing of all youth, especially Ukrainian immigrant youth, among youth workers from partner organizations, and to lay the foundation for a sustainable network of youth workers among partner organizations.
