Our main goal was to establish sustainable and strong collaborations with international universities and colleges. This project would provide participants with opportunities for self-development, new perspectives, and increased international competence. Through staff and student exchanges, we aimed to increase the number of mobilities. The Erasmus+ program should result in increased administrative support for outgoing students and staff, contributing to a positive experience for them. This project aims to enhance the quality of education, benefiting all staff and students at our college. Staff will gain knowledge, experiences, and ideas that will enrich their work and help develop new learning environments, elevating the academic standards. Outgoing students will enhance their international and academic competencies, benefiting other students and their future careers. Providing quality and relevant courses, along with a supportive learning environment for international students, is crucial for our university college. Integrating incoming students with local students is highly relevant, and ensuring the satisfaction of incoming students is an important strategy for our international standing.
