The objectives of the project were to encourage student mobility for studies and traineeships, as well as for teaching and staff mobility. We aim to train graduates for an international labor market and provide all students with an international experience while studying at USN. In a broader perspective, the goals are to offer students a chance to improve their skill sets, employability, as well as cultural and linguistic skills. Mobilities also help build relations at an institutional level with other European partners, and we see the positive impact that incoming students and staff from abroad have on our institution. We aim to improve mobility numbers to broaden students’ horizons, both in terms of culture and learning outcomes. Erasmus+ staff mobility for training and teaching gives employees the opportunity to gain new knowledge, experiences, and skills. Improving the quality and relevance of staff through teaching and training mobility is essential to equip graduates with the comparative skills necessary for success in a global labor market. Staff mobility also contributes to increased international cooperation between USN and institutions across Europe.
