This project had the main objective to enable mobility of our students and staff to our partner institutions in Europe. We aimed to implement student mobility for studies and traineeships, including mobility on doctoral level, as well as staff mobility for teaching and training. A Blended Intensive Programme was also planned, as well as participation in Blended Intensive Programmes coordinated by some of our partners. Through mobility, we aimed to increase the level of internationalisation of our study programmes, improve administrative routines and processes through exchanging experience and good practice with other insitutions. Furthermore, we aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of or graduates, and increase inter-cultural competence of both graduates and staff members. The Blended Intensive programme, amongst other things, was aimed to be a means for internationalisation at home within our social work programmes. Last but not least, we wanted to support and bring forward the ongoing work with the university alliance we are a part of: SEA-EU, the European University of the Seas.
