The main reason for his project was to strenghten and expand long-lasting cooperations and to explore new partner organisations for further opportunities. For the fairly new collaboration with Armenia, both parties wanted to strengthen social work education by introducing students and staff to social work in a context very different from their own. We also wanted to increase student and staff exchange, and explore the possibilitie for research projects. For the South African project, the aim was to strenghten the education on Master and PhD level, where students at both institututions could widen their academic skills, and also work towards an INTPART/UTFORSK-application that would further extend this collaboration. For our cooperation in Palestine our aim was to explore the academical point of contact where we could expand our collaboration for the benefit of Norwegian and Palestine students and staff.
