The project aimed to strengthen knowledge exchange between academic institutions in different geographic and cultural contexts. In the short term, it enhanced teaching cooperation by enabling staff and students to share experiences, methods, and perspectives, enriching academic practices on both sides. In the longer term, the project set the foundation for sustainable educational and scientific collaboration. The project is important for the institution as it gives opportunities both for small-scale collaboration, and for synergies with bigger projects. It provides a starting point for exploring new partnerships, that later have the potential to grow into lang-lasting and broad cooperation. Another important aspect of Erasmus+ ICM is its role in the institutions’ internationalization at home. In addition to the personal experience, mobility provides valuable perspectives in the groups' learning situations at home.
