Objectives

The various projects implemented by the University of Agder (UiA) aimed to achieve several common goals: strengthening international collaboration, enhancing educational and research capacities, and promoting cultural exchange among partner institutions. By facilitating student and staff mobility, these projects sought to improve the quality of teaching and learning, ultimately leading to better learning outcomes, research abilities, and career prospects for students. This mobility also aimed to build research capacities and create opportunities for cross-organizational cooperation, laying the groundwork for sustainable international relationships and curricula development. Moreover, the projects promoted diversity and inclusion awareness, assisting students in gaining global competencies vital for success in international careers. Specifically, the collaborations focused on key areas such as popular music, information technology, and nursing education, providing fieldwork opportunities, fostering dialogue on digital and blended learning formats, and enhancing administrative and academic capacities for future joint initiatives.
