The goal was to become familiar with new teaching methods and learning tools, enhance the competence among the staff, and implement new methods and tools in a teaching context. At the same time, we aimed to provide master's students from UAM Poznan with practical knowledge of the daily work of Norwegian teachers to foster a better understanding of the teaching profession in an authentic setting, as well as to give students project experience and passive experience as Norwegian teachers.
The project's goal was to improve the quality of Norwegian language teaching by offering more innovative and varied teaching methods through a mutual exchange of ideas and experiences with a competent partner. The overarching aim of the collaboration between Briga and UAM Poznan was to create something new in the field of adult education and in the field of Norwegian as a second language.
