By participating in the mobility, we wanted the teaching staff to be open to the pursuit of continuous development, and the disabled participants to get to know other possibilities of therapy and a different view of the world. We also wanted our organization to open up to new partners and to continue cooperation in the long term as part of Adult Education. We wanted project participants (directly) and the pupils and their families (indirectly) to learn about the differences in the culture and customs of the partner's country.
The mobility created an opportunity for some of our workshop participants and the organization's employees to participate directly in an international project. They were able to see the work of a similar institution and took part actively in workshops abroad for the first time, learned about new working methods, and experienced a new culture and customs.
