The goal we aimed to achieve through the project was the development of our organization. Pursuing this goal involved several key actions: 1. Enhancing the professionalism of our staff by acquiring new qualifications and competencies. 2. Transferring the acquired knowledge to other employees of the organization. 3. Gaining know-how related to time management and the "train-the-trainer" methodology. 4. Establishing international contacts and acquiring new partners for cooperation. In practical terms, the implementation of the project was supposed to enable the development and implementation of new training programs and new international projects. Our experiences from a previous mobility project, focused on the development of entrepreneurial competencies, allowed us to develop a new project in this area, which has just started. We were convinced that the new project would allow us to reuse the knowledge and experiences gained in order to further develop the activities of the organization.
We applied for funding for this project because the support it provided enabled us to undertake actions necessary to achieve our main goal, which was the development of our organization. These activities included training for staff that allowed them to acquire or enhance competencies in new areas, in line with our detailed objectives. Without financial support from the project, we would not have been able to invest in the professionalization of our staff through the acquisition of professional qualifications, competencies, and skills. The project also provided us with additional benefits. Thanks to mobility, we were able to establish valuable contacts with foreign partners, which was extremely important, especially in the context of developing cooperation within international projects. We also counted on receiving rich experiences and best practices from our foreign partners. Furthermore, we wanted to utilize potential opportunities related to the international cultural context of the project, which could bring innovations to our activities and represent added value.
