With this project we want to strengthen STOP Trainers, improve the quality of their work, especially in the context of working with disadvantaged groups and strengthen the position of the Association in Europe.
For several years, STOP has been successively implementing a strategic plan of development, supporting TT, strengthening the organisation's position in Poland and Europe. So far, we have been implementing mobility and partnership projects under Erasmus+, the developmental project "Wings for STOP" funded by NIW and we are planning to develop further levels of international cooperation with partner countries (Visegrad Fund). We do all this in order to develop the organisation, develop Trainers in their personal and professional work with various social groups, with particular emphasis on disadvantaged groups, and for broadly understood social change. The realisation of these three planned trainings is a part of the strategic plan of the organisation's development, allows us to strengthen our Trainers linguistically and substantively and to develop the organisation towards better quality work with disadvantaged groups and towards broader international cooperation.
