Through the project implementation, the organization aimed to achieve several objectives: Changing the stereotypical perception of foreigners: By participating in the project, the organization aimed to raise awareness in the local community about cultural and national diversity, promoting tolerance and respect for differences. It also sought to gain knowledge about effective strategies for integrating foreigners to counteract prejudices and social pathologies. Engaging in promotional activities regarding good environmental practices: The Foundation actively worked towards improving the quality of life in the local community by promoting ecological practices. Special emphasis was placed on combating smog, which posed a serious problem in the areas where the foundation operated. Implementing ecological solutions from partners: The organization sought to establish cooperation with partners who had experience or solutions in the field of ecology and smog reduction. The goal was to implement these solutions in practice within the foundation's operating areas to improve air quality and the living environment for residents.
The Education, Health, and Development Foundation operates towards sustainable socio-economic development in rural and urban areas. It focuses on educating and supporting residents' entrepreneurship, as well as social and vocational integration of those at risk of exclusion, including immigrants and the disabled. Additionally, it promotes computer and IT technologies. The Multifaceted Growth of Adult Education Foundation's project brought about new experiences and challenges, contributing to greater international integration, expanding networks, and planning new initiatives tailored to local needs, such as those for foreigners, cultural integration, or environmental protection. Participants overcame language and cultural barriers, stereotypes, and developed personal and social skills that will prove useful not only in Foundation activities but also in their everyday professional and personal lives. The level of management skills has also increased, and thanks to BEC methods, the level of entrepreneurship in the region will change.
