Our goal, as well as the goal of the project, is to promote social inclusion and diversity, supporting opportunities for personal and socio-educational development to best meet the needs of those with fewer opportunities. The Association is constantly seeking modern, engaging methods of informal education, striving to bring together individuals with unique interests, ideas, and a desire to explore innovative solutions. The Association has been collaborating for years with all active NGOs in the region, as well as public and private institutions, because we want to focus on best practices and the outstanding achievements of partner institutions. Therefore, we have selected only highly experienced partners who can provide the highest level of activities/workshops/courses, with very qualified staff and several decades of experience in international cooperation. Each partner is a specialist in the field of informal adult education, particularly for people with disabilities, and the aim of the collaboration is to enhance our activities, implement new forms and methods, and improve the quality of our educational offerings.
The Association focuses on informal cultural education—we organize workshops (theater, dance, crafts, social education, etc.), performances, and concerts. We collaborate with all local cultural and educational institutions, including public organizations, NGOs, and private entities. The primary target group for the Association's activities includes individuals from disadvantaged groups, primarily people aged 60+ (mostly inactive professionally, with low educational attainment), youth, especially those from poor, dysfunctional, or at-risk families, NEET (from the educational and care center in Nysa), people with disabilities and their families (we provide ongoing educational activities for about 80 people with disabilities), residents of rural areas (Łąka Prudnicka, Kamiennik, Wyszków Śląski, Niwnica), and adults in difficult life situations. We select partners for the project who can share their experiences and provide know-how, which we can then apply in our daily work, as we want to focus on best practices and the exceptional achievements of partner institutions.
