Objectives

Four employees and collaborators of the EDUQ Association involved in adult education have improved their English language skills as part of their work in the organization. Our organization includes volunteers from the European Solidarity Corps in all its activities. We have designated job positions in the Senior Club, Senior and Family Support Points, Volunteer Club, Social Animation Center, and Social Integration Center. Our employees, as coordinators of volunteer activities, need to communicate with volunteers primarily in English. Moreover, EDUQ is involved in the implementation of international projects in the VET and Youth sectors. We also wanted to be active in implementing projects in the adult education sector at the European level. Therefore, our staff needed to develop their language skills to effectively participate in partner projects for the benefit of our activities’ recipients. We wanted the improvement in English language proficiency to enhance EDUQ's potential for establishing international cooperation.
